Our farm is open to you! There’s always something happening on the farm, but our tours are seasonal. So y’all might just have to visit us more than once!
April and May
During April and May visit our you pick Strawberry patch to find the most delicious strawberries around. Grab a bucket and pick as many as you'd like. Parent and Grandparents…make some memories and at the same time, teach your kids where their food comes from. For proper strawberry handling, you should wash your berries before you eat them. Don't wash them until you are ready or they will absorb the water and turn mushy. Only pick red berries. Once a strawberry has been picked, it doesn't ripen, so make sure they are red, red, red!
Packing Line Tour
Mid-May Through August
We can't guarantee you will see us picking peaches when on our Farm tour, but on this free self-guided tour of the packing line, you will see our employees grading the freshly picked peaches on our elevated catwalk. We can't guarantee the packing line will be running when you come, but you can call the day before and we'll let you know if we are planning on packing.
At Lane Southern Orchards, we don't mess around when it comes to Corn Maze season. We have six acres dedicated to the corn maze, and prizes for playing Cornundrum, a challenge to find our corny-but darling!-signs hidden within the maze. And no need to worry, if you take a wrong turn in the maze, we'll text you hints or you can call one of our corn cops to guide you out. Once you do find your way out, we've also got a corn cannon, rubber duck racing, pumpkin picking, and hayrides. Well, we reckon it'll be a day to remember. Contact Diane at 800-277-3224 to schedule a tour in advance.
